Rat Race & Cashlow game

Sy tertarik bila baca komik di atas ni...  Work Harder, Earn More Money, Buy More Things & Keep Going again and again and again and again....  But, Why Rat? Ohhh!!

(maknanya kalau sekarang pangkat A, next mestilah kita aim utk naik pangkat kan...so kenalah perform)....

(mungkin sb sy rasa sy dah ada rumah & kereta yg selesa... so investment ni nak tambah2 je) so masa main game tu sy just like wanita 'tongong', yg tak reti nak buat keputusan utk manage kewangan sendiri.

iii) Oleh kerana orang lain, havoc2 beli saham, sy pun beli la.. .ada duit lebih kan.... so belilah saham yang murah2.... lastnya tak bagi untung sangat pun.... the rest sy hanya baling dadu sambil berdoa supaya dapat yang banyak  - so cepat sikit dapat ke pusingan gaji...

iv) Bila salah seorang dari kami dan berjaya dapat passive income, so keluar dari rat race tu, MasyaAllah...she's just like 'reallly org kaya' invest here and there and get more and more and more money.

So oleh kerana saya rasa ia sangat bermanfaat, sy dah dapatkan 3set board game ini.... so free-free af
ter closing, boleh lah kita tajamkan ilmu kewangan ni....InsyaAllah

The Cash Flow Quadrant

We will discuss the importance to know the four ways people make money

This cash flow quadrant shows the four ways
people make money, Mr. Robert Kiyosaki Explains:

That we have different core values and we
are defined by those values
most of us have an employee mind set and some of us don’t
and He explains in this quadrant that we can change that.
In the top left corner of the cash flow quadrant
are the E’s and E stands for employees
all of those people that have a job and exchange time for money
you go to work for 8 hours and get paid for 8 hours of work
if you don’t work there is no pay as simple as that,
all of those people look for job security
and most likely they learned that, from parents or mentors
which have done the same in the past.

But in that first part of the cash flow quadrant there is no security
on a job, specially now days with the economy the way it is
I think that at any time the employer can say sorry but,
I can not keep you here any longer and I have to let you go
then you are left with out much option
except to look for another job if so you choose to do so.

In the bottom left corner of the cash flow quadrant we have
the S’s which stands for self employed in this part are the people
that are tired of working for some body else and prefer to own
they’re job, or they say if you want to do it right do it
by your self.

This part of the cash flow quadrant also have the people
that now still don’t have the time and/or the money to be
free and are now basically enslave themselves in they’re own business.

Now the top right corner of the cash flow quadrant is
Where the people with a lot of money is, here hare the B’s
this type of people are big business owners or the people that have
put a system to work for them, instead of them doing it by them selfs
they have money and the time to do other things that can make them
more money or just have fun.

The last corner of the cash flow quadrant is the bottom right and here
is where all the ones that think that every single dollar that comes in
are employees for them, here hare the I’s, and I stands for Investors
now here they don’t work for the money, but instead money works for
them.

So to sum it all up, the left side are all the people that work for money
and trade time for money
and the right side is where money works for the people and you and I
agree that every person should be on the right side because we all want
freedom and have the time to spend on whatever we want.

This cash flow quadrant was created to illustrate and show everybody
that there are ways to make money that most of us don’t know.

SO, FRIENDS...KALO BERHAJAT NAK MAIN GAME NI,  CONTACT ME!
